Its broad portfolio of products and services is divided between financial (such as Consórcios, Loans and Financing, Insurance Brokerage, Leasing, and Vehicle Rental) and automotive (such as New and Used Vehicles and After Sales Services).
The Company was founded in the interior of São Paulo, in São José do Rio Preto, from where it began its expansion into the Central-West region of the country, strengthening alongside the expansion and growth of Brazilian agribusiness. To support its distribution strategy, the Company relies on more than 5,200 commissioned agents, working in the distribution of financial products and services throughout Brazil, in addition to digital channels (websites and apps) specifically developed to facilitate the customer journey and further expand the reach of the Rodobens brand. Among these points of sale, its network of dealerships (both proprietary and third-party) stands out, as well as its network of commissioned agents, associations, and partnerships with top-tier brands (in formats ranging from commercial agreements to joint ventures) that enhance the distribution capacity of its products.
In the Automotive Retail segment, Rodobens has dealerships strategically distributed across the country. In the Automobile category, there are 17 proprietary dealerships representing the Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, and Hyundai brands, engaged in the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles, parts, accessories, and after-sales services. In the Commercial Vehicles category, there are 25 dealerships representing the Mercedes-Benz brand, also engaged in the sale of trucks, buses, and vans, as well as parts, tires, accessories, and after-sales services.
In addition to its national presence, the Company believes it is well positioned in key markets, with dealerships located in Brazil’s fastest-growing regions, highlighting its strong presence in areas with numerous business opportunities, such as the agricultural region of the Central-West. The Company’s historical performance and knowledge of automotive retail have also qualified it to distribute its financial services through third-party dealership networks, with over 200 additional points of sale beyond its own.
The Commissioned Agents channel, in turn, expands its capacity to distribute financial services beyond the automotive retail ecosystem. Over the years, Rodobens has developed a robust distribution network through partners spread across all regions of the country, with a significant concentration in cities with up to 300,000 inhabitants, ensuring a reach that the Company believes to be a strategic differentiator.
