The purpose of the Rodobens Institute is to contribute to the development of its employees and the communities in the regions where Rodobens operates through education and structured social initiatives undertaken with the support of volunteers and partners.

CLEAN ENERGY
To reduce environmental impacts and electric energy costs, we have been implementing the Clean Energy Program at Automotive Retail dealerships since 2019. The initiative is currently in place in 60% of our resellers, promoting the diversified utilization of low-impact renewable energy sources through partnerships with investors. We expect the project will be in 80% of our units by late 2023.
SUPPLY CHAIN
In view of maintaining a supply chain compliant with Rodobens’ ESG practices, we are in the process of establishing criteria and implementing a Supplier Management Platform to select, qualify and monitor suppliers, products and services related to the social, environmental and governance aspects.
When analyzing suppliers, we consider certain criteria, such as category risk and some sustainability aspects, including slave labor, occupational safety, embargoes, and fees related to environmental issues. We also map the processing of personal data performed by suppliers, in compliance with and adherence to the Brazilian General Data Protection Regulation (LGPD).
